Xaeja, pronounced ( zay'jha ) is the alter ego of Melbourne based electronic musician Darren McKinty.

With roots in '80s synth rock, incorporating the power of large filmscore soundtracks and embracing '90s dance sensibilities, makes Xaeja a unique mix of sounds and influences that is not out of place pumping it out on the dance floor or at home under the comfort of a great set of headphones and a bottle of red wine.

At last Xaeja's debut double CD containing 21 tracks is now available !

A mix of electronic rock, darkwave, pop ballads and instrumental tracks influenced by '80s and '90s synth rock, electronic dance and the power of filmscore soundtracks. Xaeja's debut album contains a wide variety of interesting and very listenable music, so there's surely a track or two which will appeal to all purveyors of the ' electronic ' music genre.

The Xaeja album launch at Revolver - Upstairs was a huge success with many friends and fans showing up for a great night of electronic sounds.
